**long long time never post liao...hai..really lazy to post ar....this days is really drain my energy my strength out of me...both mentally and physically...my mind is really tired...even i can slp for days and nights..but my mind is still tired...i can rest physically but my mind just can't rest...i don know why...hai...well i engage in alot of basketball now aday...it really tired but it good....we are training our best to become better ....
We really hope to become better...we really hope that we are not the one who always lose...
there are lots of thing to said..but i just do not know how to type it down..this days..i don feel like going to school...i feel that i am outcast by my class...i just don know..if there are any mistakes i did...i do wan to know and amend it if i can...but lucky next week is my school holiday...i can have a good rest....
then yesterday went to swim with ricky and jx... really find that my physically level drop until nothing to said..hai..must really train alot and alot...must go run,gym,basketball and swimming...
hahaha..well take quite a few photo yesterday..1 is our nake basketball coach..(the one who make us lose 100 point.)hahaha...**
